All social change starts with a small group of people with a vision for a better world and the determination to do something about it.

For over a decade, 350 Australia has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with First Nations and grassroots movements for a future where the lands, oceans, forests, rivers and lakes we all care about are thriving, island homes are protected, and everyone has what they need to live with dignity. This platform is a place for anyone in Oceania to start a grassroots campaign for climate justice and we'll support you as long as it aligns with our people powered vision for 2050.

What do you want to change?

From helping councils create all-electric communities to backing Torres Strait Islander-led advocacy to protect island homes — campaigns like these all began with one person or collective deciding to make change. Start a petition and we'll back you with strategy, coaching and national amplification.

Who can make it happen?

The strongest campaigns name a decision-maker and a clear ask. Who holds the power? What do you want them to do?

Build support from your community

Movements find their power when people of different backgrounds and experiences bring their hopes, strengths and skills to the work. Start by sharing your campaign with family and friends, on social media, and in the groups and networks you're part of — every signature plants a seed of people power.
